This instructor is NEVER available during his scheduled office hours! When a student reschedules with him due to his inability to make posted hours, at the time of the appointment he is finds some way to get out of that! His class lectures are too vague for the material he expects his students to know on exams. He provides little if any assistance in the laboratory portion of this class. With it being such a difficult subject, it seems that some form of guidance would be made available for the students.
