I had Dr.Arce and she has a great handle on the material she is presenting. Students can tell she is passionate about literature. Just be ready to work for her since she is very demanding with her class projects that involve cooperative work with other classmates so time needs to be set for out-of-class work.

Professor Arce is extremely passionate about early literacy and her enthusiasm transfers to her students. She has high expectations of her students and expects a serious effort with assignments. Her knowledge of the subject is immense, and her lessons can be applied directly in the classroom.
