Kevin Barlow

I think Barlow is a good teacher. He goes through the material really fast and he talks fast!... he assigns useful homeworks that might be similar to the tests. He also goes over all the hw in class..His tests aren't that hard if you study the homework. He gives extra credit on his exams which can help boost up your test score dramatically, but are pretty challenging.

-I am surprised that Professor Barlow is not yet posted on Teacher review, well I will be the first one to let you know how this guy really is. I guess all Business majors at SFSU will know by now that Barlow is the best of the best, his class is always ful, anyone wanting to add his class will have to wait until the right semester. He has a great personality, he explains the problems and any other question you might have related to this course, everyone seem to understand him, just keep in mind, there are 3 exams, and his exams are based on the homework. So if you study his homework well enough you will pass at least with an B+. I don't know if he will teach this Fall 2001, but if he is teaching enroll in his class as soon as possible and don't withdraw. Barlow's class is always at night, so you will have plenty of time to finish his exams, which I think are quite easy. Well, I got a low grade, but that was my fault. He is the best Professor around in Finance 350, nobody is better than him.
