Robert H. Daniels

Professor Daniels is always there to help. On the first exam, almost the whole class failed it. He came up with a plan to help boost everyone's grade. His exams can be quite a challenge. He is definitely not the type of professor that is looking to fail everyone. This guy is always there for the student in need. He also gave an opportunity for students to write a term paper as opposed to taking the final exam. This really helped me because I was not doing too well on the multiple choice exams and felt writing the paper would be a much better indicator of how much I learned in class. Overall, this guy is great. I must admit that his lectures can be quite boring at times, but he is still one professor you just have to take!

I am about to graduate from an MBA program, and I think during all this time there were only three teachers who really stand out. Robert Daniels is one of them. I took Business Law and Taxation from him. Prof. Daniels is an excellent, excellent teacher. First of all, he is very knowledgable and professional. He is not going to teach you theory that has no relation to practice. His lectures will include a lot of real world examples. You will never feel bored listening to him the whole session.

Prof. Daniels is taking an early retirement, and I don't know whether he is going to teach any classes, but if there are any offered, TAKE them! It might be one of the few rare chances to take a really good class from a really good professor.

Worth every minute spent!

Professor Daniels is a very responsible professor who will dedicate extra hours to help students in their projects & research. He explains the theories and practise of business law very well by means of case analysis and real-life examples. He has a lot of professional skills and experience as an attorney at law & a tax specialist. We students can benefit very much from his expertise.
