Not useful at all, don't get much thing, Prertty bad

I take BUS 785, Financial Management with him. On first day, I was surprised about his professional experience,and he is Prof. at UC Berkeley too. Wow I felt, I am so lucky. But then, his teaching way is not as good as his experience.

He teaching by using his own short note on MS word, you can't understand it ,if you not read the text book. Better not read his note, cause he will argue with textbook sometimes, which will make you have more confuse. Most of the time , he talking about the experience and past history, it may sound good, but actually not. He didn't focus on the textbook, that make student very hard to follow what is he talking about.Really harder for international students who have no background about US company.

In couple weeks after beginning the class, I always head ached after class, because I can't get what is he talking at all. He make me hate Finance. However, I have to pass this, then I just read the textbook and it not as hard as i though. In fact, text book is very useful.

Even now, I reading the textbook, and still feel so bad about him. He didn't help students at all. Everything I learn is only coz i read. Don't take his class. If you don't want to waste your money ,time and feeling.

Very bad prof. I ever had. Hope MBA SFSU can provide better Prof than this. ( Disappointed)
