Nancy C. Gerber

Dr. Gerber is very unorganized. She comes into lecutres unprepared and still uses old overheads that are out of date (from previous edditions) and expects you to spend the lecture time to look for the right figure in your book. She doesn't even take the time to make copies of the over heads for you so you can follow her lectures better. She projects things on the wall and expects people in the class to see it. Her exams are a bitch. She will tell you that the exams will not be based on any outside reading from the book and that the book is horible . Then she turns around and puts questions on the tests that are straight out of the text. I just can't figure her out. I have spents hours, days and even weeks trying to study and keep up with the material and will still get a poor grade on the exam. Thank GOD for the curve or my ass would be in a lot of trouble. If you go to her office hours she will help you out with the stuff. But she is not always in her office which leads to problems. She gives quizes at the end of the week and those are straight form her lectures. The only advice I can give you people is to read the book and take your book to class with you. I know it's a bitch trying to take that book to the class but you could always make copies and take those to class with you. She talks so fucking fast that you can't keep up with her. Dr. Gerber seems to always be rushing and talking at the speed of light. Dr. G , if you are reading this, please please T A L K SLOOOOOW! We know you know this stuff but we didn't go to grad school like you and we don't have enough knowledge to pick this stuff as soon as they come out of your mouth.
