Lisa Heyer

I took her class last semester and she has been very helpful with the students. I learnt alot and got myself an A. As usually grades don't come easily and she expects you to put effort in your work and more attention in your paper. She likes to jokes to make the atmoshpere more comfortable . If you are having trouble with the essay, you should make use of her office hour or TA's who are very helpful. Last word.. as long as you are willing to put effort in her class , you are doing fine.

Prof. Heyer makes the class interesting. She chooses good stories to be discussed in class. She is a hard grader, but surely you will learn a lot from her class. 3 essays, 2 in-class essays, and one panel discussion. She is friendly and is open to questions.
