Susan Was one of the best teachers I had. She explained the reading to where we understood them. The tests were fair essay questions. Susan was one of the few teachers who you (as a student)can easily get in touch with. She email you within the next couple of hours. And will give you help in her office hours. I really enjoyed being in her class.

Susan Jones is an excellent teacher, and I feel really lucky to have taken her class! When I saw that we would be reading 13 books in her class I got a little scared, but she selected certain chapters to read- enough for us to get the idea. Susan was a Shakespearean actress and she brings her wonderful speaking skills & stage presence into the classroom. Susan has a cute British accent and is entertaining, funny and isn't afraid to be herself! She is flexible and goes out of her way to cater to everyone's learning needs, she will find a way to help anyone relate to the material! Susan is very easy going...this was my 'fun class.'

This teacher is a sweetie pie. She's funny and she makes the Greeks and the Romans and Shakespeare, Nietzsche, Camus, etc, interesting and fun. She makes you sign in every class, and lowers your grade if you have too many absences, but she gives you a lot of choices for the essays and she is fair. (If your sick or something, she doesn't count the absence and she doesn't grade on grammar, only ideas.) Anyways, she really cares about the students and always answers emails. I definitely recommend her class because I learned a lot of interesting information and I enjoyed her lectures. I never thought I'd get interested in Greek tragedy or Shakespeare, but Prof. Jones got me interested.
