THIS TEACHER IS AWESOME! HE HELPS STUDENTS GET THROUGH FINANCE WITH OUT TOO MUCH STRESS. HIS LECTURES ARE EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND HIS TEXAMS ARE EXACTLY LIKE HIS LECTURES. TAKE THIS TEACHER IF YOU WANT TO LEARN OR JUST TO PASS.

Overall Prof Lee is a OK teacher. Not very interesting as a lecturer but he gives easy tests so long as you pay attention. Go to lecture (even though it's boring) and only read parts of the book he lectures on. The rest of the book will only confuse you.
Prof Lee is a nice guy, and he's always willing to help if you go to office hours.
If you're a finance major, you might find his class lacking, but for everyone else not interested in finance or accounting, he's the teacher for you.

He is very nice and his lectures are pretty good.
He goes through the materials in a good pace and so it's easy to understand the materials.
No homeworks!!! 3 Exams.
If you don't know how to do problems on the exams, ask him and he is willing to help you out. I had problems during my Final and he helped me out. That made the difference between getting a C and a B+ on the Final Exam.
