She's good. Really. Simple presentation, followed by good examples, discussion, and the omnipresent airborn candy.
There are no real surprises on the exams. You know the material, you do well. You don't know it ... well, then. If there is a weakness, it's in the exams, actually, which can cost you a lot of points if you misunderstand even one item (12 or more points is a lot). Still, I did that once and managed to get a healthy "A" in the class.
Lab work is decent. Lot's of leeway in the final project, but if you can, schedule the lab with people you know so that you can actually do group projects with people you can trust.
Siobhan is good. Yes, fear not this teacher.

She is a great teacher! The lectures are interesting, she provides examples, answers questions and explain everything. If you attend to class and take notes you can be sure you will have good exam grades. You can almost study the material in class, because she explain+review everything. Sometimes I feel we spend too much time with reviewing, but I see my tests result and I know it is worth it. The lab section is not that great, but better than I expected. I am very lucky with my TA, because she is really helpful, this makes the lab easier.

Dr. Maize is GREAT!!!!! She definetly knows what she is talking about. At every class I learned something new. She's never boring, and she hands out candy to those who participate. I learned so much in her class. The lab was a lot of work, but fun too!
