I'd agree with the previous review. She said it well. Just leave the intellectual stuff for peer conversation. We'd like to learn the basics of corporate finance.
"Professor McAlpine is a very nice, respectful person but his teaching leaves much to be desired. He knows his subject well but does not explain things well. It is nearly impossible to tell what the main points are that he is trying to convey. His overhead transparencies are old and illegible. He spend too much time on minutia rather than conveying the major points. The majority of my class is numb shortly after his lecture begins. "
