Jennifer Samonte

Jennifer was the only professor on campus that I felt comfortable calling by first name. She is an awesome professor. I really enjoyed the speeches she assigned, especially the informative speech. And she is very understanding when it comes to illnesses. Once, I could not deliver a speech (my group speech) because I had lost my voice. And instead of forcing me to speak, she told me to get as much rest as I possibly could the night before my speech and allowed me to use cue cards to present my speech to the class. Overall, she is a really fun professor to have. And Jennifer, if you're reading this, congratulations to you and Troy!

I thought Jennifer was a great teacher! She made the class really enjoyable! I actually had a crush on her for a long time! But she was my teacher, there was nothing I could do. There were only two midterms and five speeches. I highly recommend her!

Jennifer is the type of teacher anyone can relate to. She felt like more of a friend to me than an actual teacher. Anytime I needed help I just sent her an e-mail and she gladly replied. There are two midterms, which are really easy as long as you take notes on her lectures and do the reading assignments. She does a good helpful review as well before both tests. There are only five presentations in the whole class (4 single, 1 group) and they are easy to prepare for as well. I highly recommend her to anyone. To top it off she seems to be a wrestling fan, only because of The Rock though.
