San Francisco State is going to feel the loss of this teacher when she doesn't return in the Fall of 2003. Due to budget cuts, they can no longer afford her talent. It is truly a shame that no one else will be able to benefit from her unique instruction style and knowledge. I have to say that every business (not just marketing) major should be required to take this class. Sue taught us the fundamentals of speaking and listening, and through my journey, our class became closer as we grew into better students, people and speakers. Had I never taken this class, I would have never been able to be as confident, assertive, and open as I have become today. A truly wonderful class, with wonderful peers and a wonderful teacher! Thanks for everything Sue! =)

This class is surely different. It's very practical, you have to active and do a lot of "acting" if you want to succeed in this class, and you also have to put a lot of effort into it.
Many students freaked because of the heavy workload, but to me the workload was justified, because it gave me a lot back..
Professor Schultes is really nice. She knows a lot about her subject, and she is very keen to share her experiences in the field. Surely yes this class is demanding, and Prof. Schultes is very creative, so you never know what is going to happen at the next class meeting, but when it comes to the end of the semester you'll be many experiences richer
