Tadashi is a great instructor who cares about his students, and knows how to teach so that students will have a good understanding of the concepts of intermediate Algebra. He devotes a lot of time answering questions, which is extremely helpful, especially for me (not a math person). The greatest thing about him is that he is patient in making sure that everybody in his class "gets" his teachings so that nobody will fall behind. The one thing that might frighten people is the weekly quizzes. Yes, that's correct - a quiz every Friday. BUT he lets you do rewrites, so don't panic. He also assigns homework every week, but again, do not worry. If you do the homework, you'll be fine because the quizzes usually consist of only 4 problems which he chooses straight from your homework assignment. The quizzes and homework assignments are a good idea because you'll have that to fall back on, in case you don't do too well on your midterm and final. Aside from that, he also gives extra credit! I recommend this instructor to those of you who need to take math and those who dread Math (like me). His class is easy to pass, because you'll understand everything. Oh yea, he also has office hours as well as tutorial hours and he doesn't charge anything. So if you ever miss class and fall behind, he'll be there to get you back on track.
