Professor Ungson was one of the best professors I've had at SFSU. He expects a lot from his students so be prepared to work. The knowledge and experience gained from his class is unparallel.
His class consists of lectures (pls take notes), case studies (which are given quite frequently), in class quizzes (like 4?), and his final group project.
You'll definately need to strive for that A. READ the book!! His test questions come from it. Be talkative and participate in class, and definately do your case studies. He takes notice of students who participate frequently.
Choose your group members wisely. That final group project is a tough one!

Professor Ungson was one of the best teachers I've had at SFSU. He's a tough teacher with high expectations, but the quality of the class is outstanding. Be prepared to work!!
His class consists of lectures, reading assignments from George Yip's book (which, by the way, is an extremely difficult book to comprehend) and case studies, from the study guide.
He gives periodic quizzes on lectures or reading assignments. There are 2 mid-term exams, (no study guide provided) and a Final Group Project that consists of creating a 20+ page business plan.
Along with the business plan, you need a 2 minute video, as well as a 12 minute inclass presentation. (make sure you choose the right group members, they play a pivotal role in your final grade.) The one thing good about his teaching style is that he goes over step-by-step as to how to create the business plan. The hard part is getting it right.
The class may seem intimidating at first, but Professor Ungson is a great professor, who actually wants to help his students succeed. If you read the text and follow his lectures, the class should be a breeze.

The lectures were OK, but it was always unclear as to what was expected on assignments and the big major group project.
I would suggest taking another teacher if you can.
