KATHLEEN ZIEROLF

Professor Zierolf is pretty nice. She has a good sense of humor too. At first I think she graded too hard but then I guess she lightened up. She is kind of availible to help you. I asked her to look at something and tell me what she thought. First she said no then she said yes. Her classes were good because she made the students speak, instead of us listening to her all the time. She is not boring, and she can give some important information about life in the real world. I think she has a good relationship with the students. She seems kind, caring, and approachable. All in all, I think she is fair. (ex. a fair grader etc)

Prof. Zierolf is a good teacher to take if you are unsure about public speaking. She will try her best to support you and try to overcome your nervousness. She is very nice to international students as well.

The class had 3 main speeches, 1 big report, and other little stuff.

Ms. Zierolf is a good business speech professor I have ever had. I was scared at the beginning of the semester because I didn't like to give a speech in front of the class. As the time went by, I became to enjoy the class because she gave us a lot of chances to speak in calss so that we became less nervous. BELIEVE ME. The more you give speeches, the less you become nervous. One of the things I liked in her class was that I got to know all my classmates and their names because after every speech in class, we got feed back from other students about how we did about the speech. So that we know how to give better speech next time. How many students names do you get to know in your other classes? More or less five maybe. But in Ms. Zierolf class, you'll get to know everyone. I'll recommand that if you need to take BUS 360, take Ms. Zierolf without a doubt.

Professor Zierolf is a great teacher! She is nice(most of the time), caring, and a very fair grader. When I took her last semester Monday night. I thought she was a little bit on the bitchy side. However, as time went on, she was prove me wrong and was a very nice professor.

Be prepared to give a speech every week. Writing assignments are minimal but she grades hard if you don't have command of the english language.

But overall, she is understanding to ESL and students not great wit English. You will get a very fair chance to get a good grade in her class and I would recommend her to anyone interested in a BUS360 class.
